DRAWN TOGETHER is presented by Ian deSouza and the City of Fremantle, as part of the 2010 Fremantle Festival.

Drawn Together is a celebration of the power of artistic relationships and artistic wealth in Fremantle. This interactive and collaborative event explores the human body through the universal language of drawing.

Spearheaded by 2010 Fremantle Festival artist Ian de Souza, 70 visual artists are intimately involved with the project; exhibiting work, delivering drawing workshops to the public and/or taking up short-term residencies in local cafes. This seminal drawing extravaganza draws Fremantle artists, residents and visitors together to explore, collaborate, appreciate and celebrate.

Join us for the DRAWN TOGETHER: The Art of Life in Fremantle event launch:
Thursday 4 November @ 6.30pm at the Moores Building, 46 Henry Street, Fremantle Western Australia,
with Choreography by Nel Simpson and Musical Direction by Nikki Dagostino.

PLUS, don’t miss the special screening of Le Mystere Picasso, one of several films on show at the Moores Building, exploring the art of drawing and the history of drawing human form. Supported by CulturesFrance and Ambassade de France en Australie.
